The childhood of Pickler was not a smooth one. As a toddler she left her mother's unfaithful relationship. Pickler returned to her mom in the year 1995 when she took over custody. The situation did not work out the way she had hoped. Pickler returned to her grandparents at twelve years old. Her grandparents brought them through adulthood. Since she was not with the parents of her, Pickler was too busy being a parent to her kids. The time she had was limited and she learned how to care for the family members from a young time.
